Their crew that put in our new AC units ( 2 in our house ) were some of the hardest workers I have ever seen and polite, friendly and diligent. If that sounds over the top it is not. They worked for 3 days in our attic putting in the units while the temperature outside was 95+ degrees. Shawn and the Kleen Air team came to our family's rescue. After a botched installation in our new home by another HVAC company, Kleen Air diagnosed the problem, disassembled the prior system to be disposed of, installed all new ductwork and a replacement HVAC system rapidly with superior craftsmanship and stellar service. They did this during a heavy rainfall and hit the timeline needed for our family's move in. Shawn lived up to his word and when I compare the quality of the installation and the performance of the unit with what we had with the other company, Kleen Air did an incredible job. We now have peace of mind and a company that we can trust to deliver a safe and reliable system for our family. Even when we were pressured to go with the same prior company for a re-install, Shawn at Kleen Air took it in stride and was not going to charge me anything for his consulting time so that we could understand the challenges that we had. After sleeping on it, I decided to go with Shawn and Kleen Air because of how honest he was and how he was focused on the best outcome for our family. I am so glad that I switched and gave Kleen Air the replacement job. Even though the job was challenging they got it done on time and I am looking forward to years of reliable service from Kleen Air. I am busy person but I wanted to take the time to write this review as I am grateful for the job that Shawn did and the personal attention to ensure it was successful. I had KleenAir install a QuietCool attic/gable fan for the very hot summers here in Sacramento County.  The experience was great from proposal to installation.  Owner Jeff Wilson is a no nonsense stand-up guy. The Office Admin communication was spot on at every step. My Mom used KleenAir for a number of years, and I got to know them pretty well.  When I got a cold-call estimate to replace my HVAC system from another company, I contacted KleenAir, and they beat the other company's estimate by nearly HALF, with no "games" or gimmicks, like the other guys. I am very pleased to say I had a wonderful experience with Kleen Air as they installed a new HVAC and new ducts for my home ! Lance was the technician who came to access the situation and he was able to give me an honest and straight forward recommendation. He spent a good amount of time explaining the options for a new unit and which brand he personally uses for his own family. Before I made my decision I was also able to talk to the owner of Kleen Air , Aaron who was extremely knowlegable and patient as I had SEVERAL questions. I could quickly tell that Aaron truly cares about his customers and wants to provide the best experience with the best outcome possible (especially in this California heat). I felt confident choosing Kleen Air and they surely did not disappoint! Alison from the office emailed me right away and got me on the schedule for install . She was kind and quick to respond as I was eager to get started before the heat wave ! The Kleen air crew started right on time and finished in two days replacing my HVAC and all my air ducts in the scorching attic. They did not leave a single speck of dust behind . I was extremely impressed by their efficiency and thoroughness. I am now for the first time since purchasing my home enjoying cold air blasting from my vents!! Repeat customer here! Ask for Lance (technician), he's great. Our HVAC motor was broken and he sourced the parts, and fixed it within 3 days. He also noticed that our thermostat was broken and give a spare one, since he had an extra one in the van. KleenAir also cleaned our vents, which they did a great job on. Kleen Air was a refreshingly honest experience. As a long time Bell Brothers customer, I have seen changes since 2020 that do not favor the customers experience, in honesty and pricing with my old long time service provider.  Bell Brothers quoted double that of Kleen Air. Lance my technician was transparent and honest. Lance took the time to educate, explain and show me the potential issues with my system, and gave me multiple options towards a solution. I decided to replace my entire  system, and used Kleen Air to do the work.  Kleen Air was referred to me through my company, as Kleen Air replaced our companies commercial systems. Transparency and honesty are unfortunately hard to come by these days, with Kleen Air....I have found my new go to HVAC company. Thank you Lance, the office staff, and Shawn for providing value to your customers. My tech did great work. I had another guy come out 3 separate times who couldn't figure out what was going on with my unit. The Kleen Air tech figured it out right away. They had my part ordered and my unit fixed very quickly. Their office staff was also very attentive and professional. Kleen Aire is fantastic! They are experienced, professional and prompt. I have used them many times and never had a single problem! The manager Shawn is always on top of things and makes sure we are always taken care of. No matter how short of notice we give them, they always try to fit us in.
